RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our returns and refund policies are as follows -

If you wish to return your product you would have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order with tags and bear the shipping charges.If you wish to return the product you should email us at exchange.lemonaed@gmail.com or customer.lemonaed@gmail.com
We process refunds in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days from the day the product got delivered to you. If 7 days have gone by since you recieved the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at exchange.lemonaed@gmail.com or customer.lemonaed@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange. If declined, we will send the product back to you at no additional cost.
- We reserve the right to not accept a exchange if;
- (1) the product/s are returned after use
- (2) the products are damaged
- The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on exchange.lemonaed@gmail.com or customer.lemonaed@gmail.com on the same email thread.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 1-4 business days and inform you via email or call.
- If you have received a defective product, share images at exchange.lemonaed@gmail.com or customer.lemonaed@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
- Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. In such cases you will be informed.If the product is not in stock the customer is requested to wait until the new stock arrives.If the product is not being restocked by LEMONAED the customer can opt for a refund in the form of store credit.
- The validity of store credit remains valid for 36 months since the date of purchase.To make a purchase through store credit, the customer can verify the amount with team LEMONAED by sending an email on customer.lemonaed@gmail.com

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
- Cancellation and refund is not possible against any pre-paid orders.
